3000LPH Stainless Steel Drinking Water Reverse Osmosis System
To drink healthy, safe water, we need drinking water purifier. Because Tap Water TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) content is about 300-600ppm and also if piping and storage system has problem, TDS level can be more. It is not good for our health. Drinking water purifier machine can reduce TDS level less than 50ppm depends on raw water source and quality. Our drinking water purifier system can be stainless steel 304, 316 or FRP and u-pvc.
Drinking water purification plant use reverse osmosis membrane filtration technology. Raw water first go to sand and activated crbon filters, these filters remove bigger molucules, sediments, suspendid solids, odor, taste and color. Also if you use special media like manganese or green sand, it can remove iron and manganese also.
And then water passes cartridge filter housing, we generaly use 1 or 5 micronmeter pp filter, than water pass membrane with high pressure pump. Drinking water purifier machine get high pressure with high pressure pump. In Chunke Water Treatment Company we are using CNP, Grundfos or Danfoss pumps in our projects.
