Seawater Ultrafiltration System
Most of fish farming producers are increasing their harvest by taking care baby fish as well. Baby fish are very sensitive, any change on water quality cause lost a lot. Chunke as water treatment system producer, offer fishing farmers high quality, ultrafiltration water purifying system.
Ultrafiltration does not remove valuable minerals from water but remove all bacteria, virus and germ. Also we added uv starilization system.
As regards to our customer experience, when they use UF membrane filtration for seawater fish farming, their efficiency has increased +60%.
As you see from the video, our system is starting from feeding pump which pump sea water to FRP sand filter and FRP activated carbon filter tanks. All pumps are teflon coated , new technology material. Flouroplastic, known as TEFLON, has very high corrosion resistance. Seawater is very corrosive liquid for most of metals. Our new technology TEFLON coated pumps allow you to use pumps longer. After feeding pump, water comes to sand filter and activated filter tanks. We used FRP tank model for this project, also you have carbon steel mechanical media filter tank option. Flow is controled by pneumatic valve. After mechanical filter, water goes to stainless steel cartridge filter housing, inside is coated with epoxy resin to protect from corrosion. We are using 5micron PP filter inside, and does not allow any particules to go UF membrane side.
Chunke as ultrafiltration water filter system supplier uses high quality anti-poluted type ultrafiltration membranes. UF membranes pores size about 0.01micron, it does not allow bacteria, virus, germ but it does not change the salinity of the seawater. So it is very important for fish or shrimp farming to get good quality seawater by uf water purifying system. Also to be sure, do not allow any microorganism to go fish pound, we added UV sterilization on output water outlet in uf water filter system.
