Seawater membranes are used to treat high-salinity (35,000 to 50,000 ppm total dissolved solids (TDS)) feed waters. These membranes can operate at pressures up to 1,500 psi.

Containerized desalination plant includes pretreatment filter tanks (sand filter tank, carbon filter tank, softener tank optional), reverse osmosis desalination system. You just need to feed raw water to containerized ro system and our containerized ro plant turn your seawater to fresh water.

Some countries daily temperature is very high, especially when you put seawater containerized ro plant on beach side under all day sunlight, if environment temperature 35^°C-40^°C, temperature inside of the container can reach to 60^°C-80^°C. So, we offer insulation panel and air conditioner system inside.  Because as you know that electrical parts over 35^°C, cannot work properly. Our seawater containerized desalination plant has heat resistance futures but we have to be sure electrical part does not face over heating problem.

Also, some countries especially on winter time, temperature is going down. Electrical parts of containerized ro system can be affected therefore we again suggest to use insulation panel with heating equipment inside of container to solve this issue.
