Our small size water purification systems capacity range 50 liter per hour to 500 liter per hour. They are compact and if it is necessary, we can add wheel and it becomes mobilized water treatment system. Our small size system also has booster pump, pretreatment, cartridge filter housing, membrane filtration. Chunke always uses advanced water treatment technologies at its production. Working Process of advanced water treatment technologies:
1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter.
2. Quartz sand filter--get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, etc.
3. Active carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, odor, taste.
4. Softener resin –using ion exchange resin and reduce water hardness.
5. Micron filter--block large particles, and does not allow pass to RO membrane, accuracy is 1µm or 5µm.
6. High pressure pump--Provide high pressure to RO membrane
7. Reverse Osmosis membrane system-- main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions.
8.UV sterilizer-In the UV disinfection process, water is purified as it runs through a stainless steel chamber that contains a special UV producing lamp.
9. Pure Water Tank.
10. If necessary, we can add EDI module as advanced water treatment technologies
